Search and Selection

CK Regulatory have a large network of contacts at all levels within the Pharmaceutical industry. We strive to offer value for money to our clients and offer our contingency recruitment services as the first available service.

There are times though that our Search and Selection service is more appropriate. This is a method of recruitment, sometimes known as head hunting, that can be applied to locate senior candidates or those with a unique skills set.

CK Regulatory have successfully managed a number of headhunting campaigns for our pharmaceutical clients. We do this by:

• Working closely with our client to draw up a plan of the requirements.

• Conducting extensive research to identify potential candidates.

• Discreetly approaching potential candidates to ascertain their suitability.

• Conducting interviews and psychometric profiling.

• Presenting a shortlist of appropriate candidates with recommendations for interview and suitability for the role
