PAYE

Working as a contractor on a PAYE basis is the most straight forward option. Working as an employee of CK Regulatory, we are responsible for handling all of your wages, holiday pay and insurances as well as giving you access to pension and healthcare schemes.

CK Regulatory will handle all tax deductions at source meaning that we will process your wages for you and you do not have to submit a tax return.

We operate a flexible benefits scheme which means that depending on the nature of the contract and the budget available to you, you can pick and choose which benefits you would like to receive.

Our flexible benefits package includes:

  • Paid holiday
  • Enhanced sick leave
  • Pension
  • Medical
  • Training allowance
  • Car allowance (where appropriate)
  • The option to trade many of these in for cash instead

You can choose to be paid on a weekly or monthly basis (monthly payments are made on 6th of the month) and one of the key benefits of working with us are that providing we have received an authorised timesheet payments are made promptly and regularly. Working as a PAYE employee of CK Regulatory means that other than your timesheet (which is completed online) there are no forms to complete, no need to raise or track invoices and no need to have your own accountant or solicitor when you want to get paid.

When your pay is processed you will receive an electronic payslips which is available online using secure username and password.
